My name is Kyle Naylor and I’m a creative leader focused on building and growing design teams. In 2010, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. Over the past decade, I have focused my career in health and technology as a designer and brand leader.
I thrive in the creative process and cultivating high-performing teams to deliver exceptional designs and unforgettable experiences. My expertise revolves around company branding and marketing, both in B2B and B2C, helping scale multi-billion dollar companies.
As a brand leader, I find immense fulfillment in empowering designers to unlock their full potential. Creating shared goals for success and collaborating seamlessly with teams are core aspects of my leadership approach. Over the years I have learned a vital lesson: the importance of creating psychological safety with your team. Once that trust is built creativity and collaboration can flourish.
Outside of work you can find me hiking, trying new food trucks, reading psychology books, sketching in coffee shops, cooking, or exploring the outdoors.
