MINDBODY Trade Show Booth Redesign 2019

Every 3 years MINDBODY redesigns their trade show booth for upcoming fitness, beauty, and wellness conferences. I was asked to lead the design project along with designer Sarah Noel. Some of the requests for this new design were that it needed to be spacious, have lots of storage space, at least 5 demo stations, comfortable, and inviting. We started with concept sketches and brainstormed materials and lighting we wanted to incorporate. My vision was to have an open space people could easily walk through with comfortable seating. I wanted a space that felt bright and exciting to be in, making that first initial contact with a MINDBODY rep fun and enjoyable. A living wall was also important to me for this concept. Plants help any space feel friendly and warm. This redesign evolves natural materials to feel modern, bold, and inviting.
